I am very, very happy to announce a successful litter has been born here at Sunburst Papillons!

Coming into the world in the late afternoon of December 17th, 2023, my girl Piper welcomed three beautiful, robust, and healthy puppies into the world, in a smooth and easy delivery. All the puppies are doing very well so far, suckling voratiously, and doing everything you can expect for less than 24 hour old puppies 😁

This is the first litter for both parents, and is an outcross breeding out of parents who are outcrosses themselves, so I’m very excited to see how these pups mature!

This little lady ended up doing *extremely* well for what was only her second ever show weekend! She ended up majoring AND taking best of breed on what was only her fourth day of showing ever, and put a total of four points towards her championship in one weekend 😁

She’s a wonderful little dog, and with every show we go to we build confidence and experience. If she keeps up the good work (and myself as well 😉) I have no doubt she’ll champion before the year is done!

First post for my new page!

This little lady is one of my papillons, and a hopeful future Canadian champion! She’s an intelligent, spunky and entertaining dog, and I think as she ages and gains confidence, knowledge, and maturity, she’ll round out into one heck of a nice dog!
