Chico is fully potty trained, though crate training hasn't worked for him due to some separation anxiety. He prefers to be around people and may chew things when left alone, though it's not always consistent.
Chico has been well-socialized from a young age, especially with children and babies. He was gentle with his owner's baby, though he may growl when feeling uncomfortable or overwhelmed. On walks, Chico is great and listens attentively, especially when given clear, firm commands. If allowed to take control, he can become a bit stubborn, so he needs a confident handler.
He is a bit wary of men at first but quickly bonds with females. Chico is more on the laid-back side—he's content lounging around the house, cuddling up like a teddy bear. However, he does need regular exercise and a low-fat diet to maintain a healthy weight.
Chico isn’t much of a barker; he only vocalizes when he feels threatened or wants to protect you. Overall, Chico is a sweet, loving companion who will thrive with an owner who understands his quirks and can provide the care and companionship he needs.
