Copper Hollow has resumed the online option to select shipping orders through Canada Post with pick up starting Thursday December 19th. To best serve our wonderful customers, if you are in immediate need of an item pleased select FedEx or UPS options to have your package out to you as quickly as possible.
CANADA POST UPDATE - December 16, 2024
Canada Post has advised that given the timing and duration of the strike, when operations resume it will take time to clear their network. Customers should expect delays in processing and delivery.
Some limitations will apply for the first 48 hours after their operations resume – including for pickups and drop-offs. Because of this, Canada Post will not receive or pick up new product until Thursday, December 19th.

Canada Post Strike - Courier News

PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS IN ALL COURIER OPTIONS.

Strike action has begun as of Friday, November 15. At this point in time there is a full work stoppage until further notice.

UPS has suspended domestic Standard shipping (Ground) pick-ups until further notice. They are still running Expedited and Express Services. Their back-log of deliveries is substantial and are trying to catch up.

We have two courier choices for our customers.

Our advice is to choose Fed Ex Ground for regular shipping or Fed Ex Express Air or UPS Express if you have any urgency in your orders.

Same day shipping (Monday - Friday) by FedEx Express & all UPS Express- cut off time is 1:00pm Mountain.

Fed Ex Ground shipments pick up the next business day.

Please make sure you have a physical address (not just a PO Box) as couriers will not ship to box numbers.

You can choose ** "UPS Access Point Economy" to hold at a nearby UPS depot or authorized dealer for pick up.
