Destinée's sire Grand Champion Litjens Nava Randy at 2.5 years old. One of the very rare stallions with no Fox and no Viger in his lineage. He was my favourite stud in the breed and my original choice for Bounty but I did an experiment with Bryo instead. Once I saw his daughter for sale I jumped on the opportunity. It was a good thing I had analyzed him in person a few
years prior. I could not find a flaw at the time and I still can't when I look at the photo. Thank you Carolle Beaudry for this amazing shot! To me it represents what a correct Canadian should look like! Even the space for lungs is amazing. I predict he could produce great endurance prospects. He is a great mover viewed from all angles (paddling and winning cause premature wear and stress on joints, ligaments and tendons). His colour is less susceptible to overheating in the sun. Don't get me wrong, I love dark Canadians! However you get a slight edge in endurance in the hot sun with lighter colours. I would love for our breed to outdo a few Arabian horses and hear the owners say "How is that possible?"
