Anyone willing to release some baby raccoons back into the wild on your own land? :)

This non profit aims to help injured wild animals with the goal of helping them and releasing them back to the wild. If you are looking for a good non profit to support or help with volunteer with i dare say that this one is undersupported and does great work helping animals that are normally invisible. 💖

Cette association a pour but d'aider les animaux sauvages blessés et de les relâcher dans la nature. Si vous cherchez une bonne association à soutenir ou à faire du bénévolat, je dirais que celle-ci est sous-financée et fait un excellent travail pour aider des animaux habituellement invisibles. 💖

Juliet n’aime que quelques personnes, mais dès ma deuxième visite, elle est venue me voir pour des gâteries. Une petite victoire pour moi — une grande victoire pour Juliet.

Laisser les animaux venir à leur rythme, c’est leur offrir quelque chose de précieux : le choix et l’autonomie. La confiance se construit toujours à leur propre vitesse.

Juliette only likes a handful of people, but by our second visit, she was approaching me for treats. A small win for me — a big win for Juliette.

Giving animals the space to approach on their own terms gives them something powerful: choice and autonomy. Letting trust grow at their pace makes all the difference. I love getting to know Juliette on her terms

Sometimes life gives you baby squirrels.

We found these babies today in Gatineau (Main Street area) and we are so lucky to have found them and hand them over to a wildlife lover and rehabilitation volunteer Refuge Les Mal-aimés thank you so much for taking these 2 and three more (previously found) brothers and sisters. If you ever find yourself in need of a wildlife caretaker I recommend her services as a resource and encourage you to follow and support her page. It's really important work to care for the animals such as this in need of health care. 🐿

Parfois, la vie nous offre des bébés écureuils.

Nous avons trouvé ces bébés aujourd'hui à Gatineau (secteur de la rue Main) et nous sommes très chanceux de les avoir trouvés et de les avoir confiés à une bénévole, amie de la faune et bénévole en réhabilitation. Refuge Les Mal-aimes Merci beaucoup d'avoir recueilli ces bébés et trois autres (trouvés précédemment). Si jamais vous avez besoin d'une gardienne d'animaux sauvages, je vous recommande ses services et vous encourage à suivre et à soutenir sa page. Prendre soin d'animaux comme celui-ci, qui ont besoin de soins, est un travail vraiment important. 🐿
