Hi everyone, Soda here! I'm sweet like soda pop and my bubbly, outgoing personality makes everyone around me smile. Do you want to be my new best friend? I love to explore, play with toys and cuddle up to give gentle kisses to the humans. I am learning so quickly at my foster home. Not to brag, but I was the first of my litter to know how to go potty on the p*e pads! I showed my brothers how it's done. I have been curious about the kitties and 3 other dogs at my foster home. I think they're really fun. I'm 8 weeks old and growing but my Jack Russel/Chihuahua mommy is only about 10lbs so I'm not going to be a big gal. We're not sure about my daddy but we know he must have been 100% cutie. To keep me safe, I'll need a home with a fence, only older children, and if you have dog siblings for me they should be smaller or have experience being gentle with small dogs. Since it’s too short of time to set up a whole class we are offering three single Topic lessons.
Dec 5, 6:30pm, Loose Leash Walking
Dec 12, 6:30pm, Focus on me
Dec 19, 6:30pm, Come when called!
$30 per lesson. Please send me a message if you’d would like to register for any. Spots will be limited.

We have a fog advisory. Foggy conditions can be hazardous. Keep your pet on a leash to prevent them from getting lost. Be mindful of potential slippery roads and wear bright or reflective clothing to increase visibility.

Is your dog scared of thunderstorms? Our Fred and Solar are very scared and what’s helping them a lot to relax is when I’m playing “Calming music for Dogs” off YouTube. Try it out, it’s for free and it works very well, also for anxiety when home alone. We’re using it in the boarding kennel as well!

Out and about

Yesterday was another beautiful evening for our out and about class. Lots of dogs had a great time with lots of people and lots of impressions and interactions.

Our foster girl Rey is settling in nicely. Started playing and bouncing around when we’re outside. She’s an amazing dog, such a sweet and gentle soul. I hope she will find her forever home soon. If you’re interested in her let me know and I can set you up with the right people.

Rally Obedience Beginner Class

Congratulations to our Rally Beginner class for successfully completing a full course in their last class yesterday. I’m looking forward to see those promising teams in our Novice class soon. Well done everyone 👏

Out and about class

We finally had our first out and about class tonight. And can you believe it: it started raining just half an hour before class after it was a gorgeous day. But rain stopped as soon as we got started. Well done everyone, that was a great start 😊

Does your dog have some basic training and you would like to do a bit more with him/her? We have a New Rally Obedience Beginner Class starting on Friday July 5 @ 6:30pm. 6 weeks for $180. Do something Fun with your dog and build up a great relationship!
