Lady, by el peppys hurt .
Born and raised and trained on the farm when I was 11 or 12 .
20 years old .
It’s been 12 years since shes had any one on her back . This was her first ride out in 12 years with no issues at all .
She did pass away a few weeks ago and it was truly a sad day on the farm . We are extremely happy we still have her brother , her 2017 son and her 2019 daughter to carry on her legacy . And I am so happy I was able to snap this picture of her and my dad before she passed .

Coming 26 years old .
Two winters ago we were told to dig a hole by vets as they thought she wouldn’t make the winter .

Her knees are not good . But that doesn’t stop her from living her best life . When the time comes , we will know .

But will never forget this mare . One day I would love to have a foal off of her . First foal from her was a beautiful black snow cap c**t . He was to be my next stallion and cowhorse prospect . Sadly the fall of his two year old year , his life was taken away by someone else’s negligence of owning a gun and hunting on private land . Still haunts me to this day and will for the rest of my life . To own another would be a dream come true .
