Meet Dallas, a sweet kitten with a happy heart. He can be a little shy at first, but with some treats and snuggles, he quickly warms up. He is a purr machine, he purrs the second you start petting him and enjoys his belly being rubbed. Dorian loves to play and is full of fun energy that brings smiles to everyone around him. Once he feels safe, he becomes a loving and snuggly friend, although he isn’t the biggest fan of being held or carried. His kind nature makes him a great pet for any family looking for a new furry friend.

Meet Diesel, a delightful kitten who is the epitome of sweetness, with a friendly demeanor that makes everyone feel welcome. His playful and energetic nature ensures there’s never a dull moment around him. He can be shy to start, especially in new situations, but once he gets more comfortable his charming personality shines through. Diesel slinks around like a little panther, moving with a quiet confidence that’s impossible not to adore. He loves to follow his brother Denver’s lead, often watching him closely before jumping into the fun himself. He is extremely food motivated and would do just about anything for his tube treats. He has a goofy side as well. He loves splashing in his water bowl and goes wild for wand toys, chasing them with impressive enthusiasm. Once he warms up to you, Diesel enjoys gentle pets and rewards you with the softest, sweetest purr. He’s perfect for anyone looking for a loving, lively, and endlessly entertaining companion. Lyra and Nova are domestic shorthair female kittens who are 4 months old. Lyra is a grey tabby with white and Nova is black and white.

Meet Lyra and Nova! These bonded sisters have been together since birth and share a very close connection. They are playful, affectionate, and people-oriented kittens who enjoy being part of everyday life in the home.

The girls had a difficult start. They were born via emergency c-section after a challenging delivery by their mama, Sadie. Sadly, Sadie’s milk never came in, and the kittens were placed with a surrogate mama named Luna, who had just weaned her own litter. Lyra and Nova also needed to be bottle fed and given supportive care by their foster, and their growth was slow at first. With time and consistent care, they are now healthy and doing well. As with any newly adopted kitten, adopters should be mindful of their early start and monitor their health as they continue to grow.

Lyra and Nova have been raised in a foster home since they were just three days old and are extremely social. They love sleeping close to their foster mom, often curled around her neck, at the foot of the bed, or nearby on the dresser. They come when called, enjoy lickable treat tubes, and like carrying pom pom balls around in their mouths.

They have lived with six resident house cats and are comfortable in a multi-cat environment. They are also very curious about the household guinea pigs. Both girls climb to the top of the cat tree with ease and enjoy watching the snow fall from the window. They would do well in a home with respectful children who understand kitten boundaries.

Lyra and Nova are affectionate, fun, and full of personality. They must be adopted together and would do best in a home ready to welcome a bonded pair.

Both Lyra and Nova are spayed, microchipped, FIV and FeLV negative, and up to date on parasite prevention. Lyra and Nova are fully vaccinated with RCCP and rabies and will need one additional RCCP vaccine to complete their kitten series. Any remaining age-appropriate veterinary care will be the responsibility of the adopter. Their adoption fee as a pair is $550.

Meet Mothra, the absolute bestest boy and a total sweetheart. He is incredibly mellow, gentle, and well behaved, with a calm presence that makes him the perfect companion for quiet days and cozy nights. All Mothra really wants is to be near his people, preferably snuggled up in bed with you while you watch TV.

This lovable guy has a fun, quirky side too. Mothra is a huge fan of scratching posts, less for scratching and more for enthusiastically tearing them apart! Cardboard is another favourite, and he’s always happy to investigate a good box. Despite his hobbies, he’s wonderfully polite and easygoing.

We’re in great need of towel donations of all sizes - large, medium, small. We also gratefully welcome flat sheets, small throw blankets, fleece and non fleece blankets, baby blankets and pillowcases .

You can drop donations in our drop-off bin located to the right of the rescue door. Flexible drop-off times are available - email us at [email protected] to arrange a time. We’re located in Puslinch, just outside of Guelph, and will share our address upon contact.

Adopt Nelly! She is a 2 year old female potbelly pig.

Nelly is your all around good girl, the popular one and a total show stealer. She has lived in both a house as well as a barn and would really just like a home to spoil her with love.

Nelly is a tall potbelly pig. She’s not the most petite but she’s certainly cuddly. This girl wants to be where the people are. Weather that’s gardening, snow shovelling or curled up watching a movie. She would ideally go to a home or barn where there are people around to keep her company all day. The barn she was recently living at usually had her in the office. Hint: she could also be an awesome office pig.

Nelly loves affection. The second you touch her cheek she plops over, begging for belly and cheek rubs. She’s loving, kind and affectionate. She is very food motivated and quickly learns when treats are involved. Nelly is strong and can sometimes mistake fingers for snacks so feeding her on the ground is good practice.

Nelly is an intact female pig. Shes approximately 70kg or 150lbs. She’s been vaccinated and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $50. To adopt Nelly, please fill out the application below.

Kona is an approximately almost 2 year old domestic shorthaired brown tabby. He is currently in foster care.

Meet Kona, a delightful cat whose personality truly shines. His sweet and friendly nature makes him a joy to be around, always eager to greet you with a nudges. Curious and confident, Kona loves going on little adventures and isn’t shy about exploring new toys or environments.

He is very, very energetic and would thrive in a home that offers plenty of activities and enrichment to keep him busy. Kona also loves his treats, they’re one of his favourite things in the world. Although he loves any and all food!

Kona is also a vibrant young boy with energy to spare and a playful streak that rarely slows down. He throws himself wholeheartedly into anything fun, racing after toys, pouncing on moving shapes, and zipping around like a little race car. With all that zest, he can become a bit overwhelmed, so he’ll thrive with adopters who can recognize when he needs a break and give him a moment to settle.

He would do best in an adult-only household. He may be easily overstimulated by the energy and noise of children, so we recommend a home with adults or older teenagers who can provide a peaceful and predictable environment.

Kona needs a special home with a high-energy family or a high-energy cat or dog friend who can keep up with his playful spirit. He will do best with other pets that can be patient with his energy and tolerate unlimited playtime. Because he can get overstimulated at times, he does best when gently redirected to his toys to help him refocus. He can also become overstimulated around food and is still learning to feel more comfortable when his meals are being placed out.
