It’s with deep sadness to hear of the passing of Phillip Parkes. Phil was a knowledgeable horseman in the equestrian community. I am very thankful for the coaching, lessons, and knowledge learnt from Phil over the years and some of the hurdles he assisted Gillie and I to over come in the dressage ring. Thank you, Phil!

Bella is a 12HH Welsh X. She is 19 years old and on the greener side with some things. Very sweet nature and respectful personality. With a later start on life- She is safe, not spooky, but can take a bit to trust her rider as she can get anxious under saddle. Currently working at training level dressage and jumping 2’3. Will hack alone or in a group. Same off property as she is at home! Thrives on consistency and with some work, has potential to be a fantastic pony club pony! Would excel in games.

UTD on vaccines, teeth, farrier, and worming.

Mid-low 4’s.

Please keep an eye out for our barn cat, Cookie! Last seen around 4pm yesterday afternoon. Did not show up at NC last night. He generally doesn’t wonder far and always comes back for bed time.
Black and white male intact DSH. His black spots have stripes like a tabby. His tail goes flat across his back and very friendly!
Very worried about his wear-a-bouts!

Welcome all disciplines and rider levels! Not a show environment and welcome riders who just want to enjoy their horses in a quiet non competitive atmosphere. Only max 22 horses on property.

Indoor Board: $700 (all inclusive)
- large box stalls cleaned daily with comfort matting system
- large windows
- high quality hay fed 3X daily
- grain fed 2X daily
- small turn out groups with round bale all year
- paddocks routinely maintained
- blanketing & booting
- fly masks
- handling for vet and farrier
- tack locker

- heated barn with infloor heating
- wash stall with hot and cold water

Bella is looking for a part boarder, or in-house free lease. Price will depend on number of rides per week. I don’t have the time I wish I had for her as she is such a sweet natured girl and really does her best to please her person!

We are a small family-run, private facility located off of Wellington Rd 34 in Puslinch, ON! Conveniently located just 15 minutes from OVC, Guelph; 20 Minutes from Cambridge and 30 minutes from KW.

Only a maximum of 20 horses on property!
