Tracking Time! Our hay fields are ready for some tracking action. If anyone is interested in trying tracking with their dog, we will be doing a 1 day intro to the basics on Saturday July 19th, 7:30am to 11:00am, at Eden Dog Academy in Belwood. $49 plus HST per dog/handler team. $25 for additional dogs. All ages, and all breeds welcome. Reactive dogs welcome, just let me know so we can set your dog up for success. No experience necessary. Contact us at [email protected] to register.

New Class start dates are coming up in July. As always, we have private lessons available to fit your busy schedules so you don't miss anything when you go away for vacations.

Level 1 Start Monday July 7th at 7:15pm
Level 2 Start Sunday July 6th at 4:30pm
Level 3 Start Sunday July 6th at 7:15pm
Levels classes are 6 weeks for $282 +HST

Intro to Scent Detection Saturday July 5th at 10:00am
Advanced Scent Detection Start Sunday July 6th at 3:00pm
Scent Classes are 4 weeks for $195 +HST

Agility Intro Saturday July 5th at 10:30 am
Agility Intermediate Saturday July 5th at 9:00 am

Intro to Rally O Starting Thursday July 10th at 6:00pm
Agility and Rally courses are 6 weeks for $282 plus HST

We can convert any 6 week group course ($282 +HST) to a 5 week private course for $375 plus HST.

Agility field rentals for $30 for an hour, or $50 for 2 hours.

Take a walk on our private trails for $15 per hour. Max 2 dogs per person. Additional person with additional dogs $5.

Last Call!

We have classes starting tomorrow: Level 1 Obedience, Level 2 Obedience, and Intro to scent detection.

Level 1 is a good introduction to family obedience.

Level 2 is for graduates of our Puppy Kindergarten course, or Level 1.

Intro to scent detection introduces the theory behind scent detection, and container searches, using wintergreen scent.

Eden Dog Academy offers a variety of dog training services including group classes and private sessions for puppy and adult obedience. The owner and head trainer is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Certified Dog Behaviour Consultant. All training methods follow Humane Hierarchy and Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive standards for humane training. These models support the use of positive reinforcement and force free training where ever possible.
