This was a very busy week for us! 10 crested geckos came into our care on Monday, and we have just been getting to know each one of them throughout the week. They need a little extra tlc, but we are hoping to adopt them out as pets only. We will not be sharing their story online, we do not shame others or point fingers, each situation is different. Those who are interested will get all the details we can give them. If they don’t find homes, they are safe to stay with us.

Woke up to some New Years babies! Yuppies last clutch for the season, and the Axolotls have started hatching! It’s a good start to the year, and we have big plans for this upcoming breeding season, we can’t wait to see what 2025 brings!

I can’t believe that worked!! The Mourning Geckos really seem to like their toothbrush holders, and actually use them how I wanted! Now I can safely remove the eggs in the holder and velcro it to the top of the baby bin for incubating, without disturbing the eggs at all. Fingers crossed the other girls follow by example lol!

The Mourning Geckos (aka the Heathers) are starting to get ready to lay eggs, you can actually see them inside her! We added these toothbrush holders to the top of their enclosure with some velcro, to encourage them to lay their eggs there, so they will be easy to move the eggs to a separate enclosure for hatching. Fingers crossed it works 🤞

We are looking to expand our breeding projects! Which gecko would you rather own? Please comment!!
Both are very cool and have similar requirements as our crested geckos, but will require more space as adults. We can’t decide, let us know your opinions!!

So shipping season is over for this year, THANK YOU to everyone who supported us, we had our geckos travel all over Canada!!

This year, we are super excited for the 2025 offspring to arrive! (Our new male RCK Cappuccino in the pic for attention)
We will be offering Reds, Yellows, Chocolates, Lilly Whites, RCK Cappuccinos, and Frappuccinos! We are already looking forward to next year!!

You can actually see the egg teeth on our newest hatchling! The egg teeth allow the gecko to cut the egg open with just a few head movements!

This pairing happened tonight, our male Lilly White and our female red based harlequin. She is a proven female, but this is his first attempt, but we witnessed a 15 min lock! Fingers crossed for beautiful babies this spring 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Last few of this year are all finally hatching! 4 so far this week, and 10 eggs left incubating. A couple of our girls are still laying clutches (they started late in the season) but this should give us a little freedom now, since we have had to plan when to be home around everyone’s due dates 😂

One of the last hatchlings this year, only a few eggs left to hatch. This one is produced from Gypsy and Hero (pics 2 and 3) we can’t wait to see their colours develop!
