Coastal Geckos

*please read whole caption* the eggs we found while taking in unwanted geckos are actually hatching! We have no idea who the parents are (we own all the parents now, but don’t know which female laid which eggs) all the geckos we took in are super skiddish, and now the hatchlings are too? We can’t believe it dropped its tail within minutes of hatching. This is very unlike any gecko we have hatched out of our own projects, we have never seen ours react this way, and 2 out of 100 of our hatchlings have lost tails due to getting wedged in a branch.
That being said, we are offering these hatchlings as “gifts” (when ready to go) with any order placed from our own collection of crested geckos. No health guarantee on these guys, and first come first serve. Must ask for a “gift” when placing an order, we will not send an animal that has not been requested/approved.

We paired our male RCK Cappuccino with our proven female Orca, and it looks like she is laying eggs tonight! Fingers crossed for viable eggs 🤞🤞

This cutie is ready for new branches! We considered keeping this one for a holdback, as dal spots develop with age, and dal spots look great on a phantom, but we don’t think we are going to go that direction right now. Might regret this later though! DM for details!

We hope to vend at all the reptile/pet expos this year, but we might end up sitting out the May 4th reptile expo, since our Capps, Frapps and Lillys won't be ready until the fall. But! We will be at the Valley Pet expo in June! We still have beautiful Pinstripes, Harlequins, Tri Colours, and a few Dals available! Message us for availability!

This was a very busy week for us! 10 crested geckos came into our care on Monday, and we have just been getting to know each one of them throughout the week. They need a little extra tlc, but we are hoping to adopt them out as pets only. We will not be sharing their story online, we do not shame others or point fingers, each situation is different. Those who are interested will get all the details we can give them. If they don’t find homes, they are safe to stay with us.

Woke up to some New Years babies! Yuppies last clutch for the season, and the Axolotls have started hatching! It’s a good start to the year, and we have big plans for this upcoming breeding season, we can’t wait to see what 2025 brings!

I can’t believe that worked!! The Mourning Geckos really seem to like their toothbrush holders, and actually use them how I wanted! Now I can safely remove the eggs in the holder and velcro it to the top of the baby bin for incubating, without disturbing the eggs at all. Fingers crossed the other girls follow by example lol!

The Mourning Geckos (aka the Heathers) are starting to get ready to lay eggs, you can actually see them inside her! We added these toothbrush holders to the top of their enclosure with some velcro, to encourage them to lay their eggs there, so they will be easy to move the eggs to a separate enclosure for hatching. Fingers crossed it works 🤞

We are looking to expand our breeding projects! Which gecko would you rather own? Please comment!!
Both are very cool and have similar requirements as our crested geckos, but will require more space as adults. We can’t decide, let us know your opinions!!
