Our Story

Penny Martin begins her story as a long haul truck driver of over 20 years, until unforeseen circumstances brought her home to look after her family. During Penny’s time as a truck driver she drove through North America and learned all about where the food we eat was grown. Her time hauling produce has taught her the best time of year to use each one, making her an expert in seasonal produce.

Since 2014, Penny has spent countless hours researching every ingredient and combination possible to create the most nutritious, balanced, and affordable treats, and has enjoyed sharing her creations with the general public.
