Eddie's before and after. Another case of a negative experience while visiting a different shop. Eddie's mom Stayed to assure him that he was safe. This customer was so please she assured the next customer by sharing how happy her and Eddie where. Was really nice to sit back and have customers pull up a seat and share stories with each other about their babies while the pups where having a spaw day.

This sweet little angle hadn't had the best experience at another grooming studio. You can see she was quite nervous. I was happy to have the opportunity to show her she can trust and there is no fear at Jake's Grooming Studio, just happy tails. She definitely left with a wagging tail!
