Sally was in with her brother Charlie for their annual wellness exams and vaccines. Sally was such a good patient for Dr Kiera, standing up so she could listen to her heart.

These two siblings Sally and Charlie ( Sally is the hugger) have the cutest "trick" they do when the owner says "Best Friends" ... they hug each other. They gave us a wonderful demonstration last week. Feel the love!

Protect your pets from Fleas and Ticks this Fall and Winter
Tick season was thought to run from March to November, but with our fluctuating temperatures, we are seeing ticks all year round. Temperatures above 4 degrees Celsius can cause a tick to emerge from "hibernation" and go looking for a meal (you or your pet).

This method is a positive distraction for all ages, and of course they are happy about the reward, in this case it was cheese!!
Riley was quite happy having his treat, and was so well distracted he didn't even feel the vaccines.
