Happy Thursday Hike! big welcome to our new followers, hope your all having a wonderful day
And just like that our 2023 season has come to an end!
A big thank you to everyone who supported us this year by either participating in our classes, lessons, weekly programs or just helping by sharing our name to friends and family!
We are looking forward to 2024!
Happy New year!! 🥳
Little behind the scenes with our group photos 📸
For our group photos we recall the whole pack (some just automatically go into position) we line everyone up step back and snap our shots. We do have to get creative sometimes and use snow, sticks or keys to get the ears and eyes forward. So our pack has a clear understanding as they learned it in hiking 101 and their parents do an amazing job maintaining it, that they are to stay in their spot until released.
What good dogs!
Big Thank you to everyone for your support these past two years! We are excited for what this next year will bring 😊
We will have spots available this Fall for our hiking program!
Our hikes run Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays all year round!
$40 per hike including pick up and drop off service ( Location varies)
If you have any questions please feel free to reach out 🙂
Happy Thursday! Great way to bring in the long weekend ☀️
Out with MR Hunter on his morning session : working on walking nice on leash while out in public and he is a Rock Star ⭐️ a big applause to his owners who have done an amazing job with this boy which makes introducing the ecollar much easier and we can accomplish way more in his three days 🥰
Out on our walks there are some challenges, and as we can’t control our environment we still want to be safe and have fun on hikes so we have a few rules In place to do so 🙂 and one is “Close”
This is a cue we use often on the hike when we are going from one trail head to another, passing through an area that’s not as familiar, when we encounter cows or wildlife, or if the pack has to much energy and everyone needs a moment to chill 😎
Having a close cue is great to have as it gives my pack clear communication on what is expected ( Stay close to me, no matter if they are behind- 4 feet beside)
Pack hikes are fun and exciting and having clear boundaries and communication through the pack make it more enjoyable for all parties ☺️
This program is currently FULL but if you would like your pup to join our hiking program please reach out and we can place you on the wait list 🙂

Here is a quick snip it of what I do on my days off around our home with a my dogs so I can get things done and meet my dogs needs ☺️
We are excited announce that we will have spots available for our Adventure day’s come July 2023! Please reach out to be put on the list
We look forward to adding some new members into our program
We are so honoured to be able to work with Mr Ziggy! He has come so far and grown so much, now time for him to go to his family and show off his skills 💪
If your dog pulls, barks, hates the crate , doesn’t sit still or is not good at greeting? We can help! We will be opening personalized training programs soon! So feel free to reach out for more information
Working with MR Ziggy - This young pup has some anxiety in the crate so we are helping the crate to be a fun magical place.
Shaping is a technique we use to help build an active learner- meaning having a dog who wants to work for us and build their confidence doing so - we wait for the dog to show a behaviour ( no que/command, no luring just waiting) and once they achieve 1% of the task they get rewarded when they achieve 90% + they get Jack potted! So who wouldn’t want to offer a behaviour that pays so well 💰
Way to go Ziggy!
Fresh snow hike ❄️ what a lovely hike so far
Ps : Dexter LOVES the snow and constantly puts his face in it so we do help him out and take the snow balls out of his face so he can still see and keep shoving his face in the snow 😂
Enjoying the Friday morning out on a hike with our weekly pack crew 🙂
