A huge thank you to for grabbing our business with gusto.
This team of young, smart, eager professionals were our first pick and we did not get this wrong. Their indoor vertical grow op is top shelf. Their systems and procedures are proficient. They produce the most amazing, sexy, fancy resto garnish to the majority of the best spots in town.

Now, moving into retail microgreens by will be available, as before, at our most favoured grocers in town and beyond.

Year 6 for Avenue M Microgreens and over time things wear out-😀

Sadly, some of these things come without any warning

Misting a new germinating crop requires the movement of our rolling racks

Early Wednesday morning, a tug of this particular rack caused the wheel to snap out of its usual place
🌱
54 brick loaded trays of Pea shoots and Sunnies hit the floor
🌱
Luckily, we have the technology to rebuild them😀
🌱
Not a total disaster, and a version of the shell-shocked 54 are back on a rack and giving ‘er
