Lead with love - remember quality time in mindfulness. Not just getting it done and do it for 1hr.

Spend mindful time with your dog. I was able to capture the moment in time today. Not just going through the motions of the day. Since having cancer, my priorities have changed and what I want to see in my life has changed. Remember live in the moment, cherish it, don’t just get it done. Pause. Listen. You’ll get more out of your day!

Please share! Someone I know who is looking to rehome their red Boston terrier he is an all around good boy! Umi, he Knows most things, crate trained, dog friendly, kid friendly, comes with everything! He is almost 2 years old, very sweet little man loves him they can’t stop playing, life has gotten busier, and he is a cuddle bug and likes attention of other humans, owners feel he is not getting enough of undevided attention, for cuddle time.

As I’m looking back for selected photos of Nick and Dominica. Thank you for your beautiful scarves, and I got a puzzle board! Puzzles are now my thing! Thank you also allowing Nick and I just talk about dogs for 3hrs! Time and time again.

Anyways lol on topic again. Dogs keep popping up that I’ve worked with over the years, your dog might be the way I relate to the human, but all of my human experience have been so positive I might have done it backwards, not the average way of learning, outside the box thinking, but it’s all about love, lead with love and it will all work out in the end.

I want to mention as I am focusing on my health and on my needs at this time, I am teaming up with Team Barking Nutz to help start his business, Nick started with me in the beginning and allowed me to teach him the rules of being the person your dog needs you to be, Bane was a very human reactive dog due to little socialization 0-6months old as during the hardest time in Covid! I also have 2 other clients who are interested in helping me, if you are interested in dog training consults (I am still doing consults, depends on my treatments most will be on the phone)

Thank you everyone who helped me through my double Mastectomy and I love the dog community! We are all so supportive of one another as we go through this journey of life and what is better then sharing the life with our dogs!
I am going through the 2nd step of this journey and I havnt even started, I am in need of chemo! Ughh but let’s fight!

Money will be used for bills, medication not funded, any tools I need to adapt to my current ability, I want to go back to work as soon as possible but I took time off to get my head together to figure out what I need to do as being a woman with disability to go back into the workforce, I am trying to get funding for a Rollator Trionic Veloped Trek so I can still do adventures with Dogs, go on hikes, and live a normal life as much as I can. This Rollator is how I can live that life!

I will be no longer be taking new clients, the community we have built is beautiful and exactly where I want to enjoy and live in the moment and support the people who have built me up and see the vision I have even before I could see it. Thank you! It takes a village.

I know what my specialty is. It is supporting my community to have the best dog you can have! I love educating and teaching others how to speak dog! Have compassion and understanding of their daily struggles. They are living in a human world. We (humans) are the ones who have to first understand them so we can help them make better decisions when they are in crisis. To learn how to work together and create a beautiful life with our dogs with understanding and patience. Instead of control and dominance. Dogs are just trying their best to live in the world we made for them. They speak a different language. If we listen they will teach us important things.

Behaviour is an underlying issue

for more content on this topic but I had to share the content of what im@trying to accomplish with the dog training community

I have been apart of the ADHD and Autism community since the early 90’s with my low support needs adhd inattentive.
I have my own way of relating to the difference of this world and we all have different value, we all have different roles so we can come together and be one. Why we need more neurodivergence to make this life work well! So I’m going to explain and show you how I know how. I own my own dog behaviour training business, I have worked with multiple families with children on the spectrum with a dog, to help the guardians understand the proper way to relate to their dog and their child. I have been contacted by multiple parents saying my son is non verbal and you are one of the first people to speak his language. Over the years I have thought about working with children and adults with Autism, adhd. Learning from owning my own dog behaviour modification business and learning about the reactive dog does not need to control the behaviour. To be like a human. They need to be heard and shown they won’t be harmed. They need to learn why an alternative way of communicating gets better results to navigate life in a world that doesn’t speak your language. Yes it is hard to not be heard. But if you learn to speak or react an alternative way you will get your needs met. The other neurotypical world just might listen that a neuro divergent might not have great social skills but talk about dog bahaviour or scrap metal or air planes they will get the highest score that’s a person you want on your team! Just like dogs. If they are guarding your property I would want a Great Pyrenees, if I want a dog to catch a bird in the water that I just shot down for food I would want a Labrador, if I want a dog to rescue me in an avalanche I’d want a Newfoundland. We are all different! We all have value! We just have to listen to others. Less speaking more listening with patience.
