Last week I had Covid and was down and out! Thankfully I am testing negative and am feeling much better and am back to work. I appreciate everyone’s understanding in having to rebook their appointments last week and their patience to me getting back to their messages and phone calls. It is completely opened now!

Please note that until august 31st this spot of deerwood will be closed. The only way to get to the grooming studio at the moment is to go up the hanwell and down deerwood. You cannot go the old Woodstock road way to get to us at the moment. I am sorry for any inconveniences this causes clients. If you
Need to reschedule your appointment please reach out. Please try to give yourself the extra time when coming to appointments. Thank you to all my clients for their understanding hopefully construction will be done sooner. I will make another post once the road is open again! 🐶❤️

‼️important‼️ I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend! I just wanted to inform all my clients that lily has left due to personal reasons. At the moment we currently don’t have weekend availability and only occasional evening. However I am currently on the midst of training someone to work weekends and another groomer to be working with me during the week. I apologize for any inconveniences this causes for our clients with this new change. I appreciate all your guys patience as I try to get all of lily’s client and my own into my schedule. My weeks are currently quite booked up and I am trying to accommodate everyone and their pets as I can! ❤️

I will let everyone know once weekends are available and I appreciate everyone’s understanding and kindness! If you want an appointment I am asking that my clients pre book their appointment as I am currently booking grooms into the end of august. Nail trims and cat services can still be booked in in the next coming weeks.

One of my clients cats escaped from the kennel when coming in to be groomed. Her name is Oreo she is black and white female spayed but does not have a microchip. She ran into the woods heading towards deerwood. We have a trap set up for her please call me if you see her (506)4787091. She can be skittish

We would like to let everyone know that there is construction happening on the Woodstock road, from Tim Hortons out to the city limit. With this there are lots of delays. We ask that everyone give themselves extra time to get to their appointments. You can also take the Hanwell to get to us too. If you do get stuck please give us a call to inform us. Thank you!!
