For me it was a slow burn and nearly took me a decade and still struggle with it daily. Knowing your value, and ability is a process. For some it takes a lifetime but you can’t be on that journey until you believe in yourself. Believing in yourself is not a constant. There will be those days where you feel like you weren’t meant to change anything. That’s ok. Its a mindset that takes time effort, and work.
