What We Do
Terrible Toby's Pet Supply Depot is a mission based company raising funds for the New Collar Collective. We do however donate profits directly to New Collar Collective every month. With your support we are changing the lives of animals across the world. We promote a fun, loving & pawsitive brand for your pets in the hopes that we can change the lives of animals everywhere. pon launch of our business, we donated 50% of the profit from every item we sold. Since undergoing a large amount of growth, our operational costs have risen significantly and we're unable to keep this donation rate. Now we decide how much we can donate from each item on a case by case basis. We know several people are hoping to reconnect with the groomer that helped with our Nail Trim Clinics. We're happy to let you know she's found a new home at Rens Pets in Kitchener (1525 Victoria Street).

She will be starting this Sunday, November 24th from 12pm - 3pm

A note from Owen & Toby...

I want to start this message by saying thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past three years. It's been an exciting and very fun journey and I'm so happy to have met so many wonderful people.

With this out of the way, I do have some unfortunate news for Terrible Toby's. I have made the decision to shut down operations as of November 1st so that I can pursue other opportunities.

I know this may come as a shock and I want you to know that it was not an easy decision. I've put tons of work into building the store to where it is and am very proud of what I've built. It has also, unfortunately, been a major stress to my life. I don't want to spend the rest of my 20's stressing the way I have the past three years. I want to have more time to spend with my dog & my wife and I want to start seeing my friends and family more. Something I haven't been able to prioritize the past three years.

Again I want to thank you all for supporting us over these years. It's truly been a pleasure getting to know you all & I hope we get to see you again soon.

Over the next week we will be selling off all of our inventory. Stay tuned for sales and product availability. Our last day of operations will be November 1st. We would love to see you all in before then.

If you want to continue following Owen, he is also the owner of Eardrum Productions. He will be continuing full-time with this company for the foreseeable future.

So who's ready to pawty like it's 1999?! We know Toby is... We're hosting an appreciation party to thank all of our amazing customers and supporters. Be sure to mark your calendars, this is one you don't want to miss!

Here's what to expect...

🛍️ Storewide Blowout Sale
- Almost every brand in-store will be on sale (stay tuned for the flyer)

🎨 Live Caricature Art
- Have your dog's portrait done by our on-site caricature artist
- Pre-registration required, visit or call our store to learn more and sign up

🎤 Acoustic Performance
- Catch a live performance through the afternoon

🎁 Door Prizes Galore
- Every visitor will receive a ballot to enter for numerous door prizes
- Every $30 (before taxes) spent in-store during the event will get you another ballot

🍽️ Product Demo's and Sampling
- Learn about new products and chat with our brand representatives on-site

🧺 Goodie Bags
- Our first 40 customers will receive goodie bags loaded with snacks, samples, coupons and more

🖍️ Colouring Station
- Take a shot at recreating Toby's logo with our printed colouring sheets, or use one of the other scenes we'll have available. Any colouring sheets left with our staff will be put up on our wall

💧Hydration Station
- Free water, soda and juice. Plus multiple taps and dishes for dogs to get water

This event will be taking place inside our store as-well as taking over a portion of the parking lot directly in front of the store. We can't wait to see everyone out for a fun Saturday!

All dogs must be kept on a 6 foot or shorter leash at all times during this event. We will be rearranging our space to provide as much room as possible for everyone. Please be aware of your surroundings as well as your dogs comfort levels while visiting.
