Over the last month (and a bit) we have been the guest rescue at Wag's Holistic Pet Nutrition and we are just BLOWN AWAY by the amazing support and all the animals that found their forever homes & all the donations raised!

Paws On The Go Pet Resort sponsored the in store cats - which lead to FIVE sweet kittens finding their forever families!

The Grooming Shop hosted a charity nail trim day - helping raised desperately needed funds to support animals in care!

And just this last weekend Lindsay and her team at Wags welcomed us in with adoptable pups, where Toto found his forever home!

ALSO - so many of you stopped by and donated items to help our animals!

THANK YOU!

The local support is truly incredible and this community of animal lovers is one we are so happy to be apart of!

This Saturday, March 1st we are back with Nail Trims for Charity! The Grooming Shop will be here for $10 walk-in nail trims for Cats, Dogs & everything in between!

All funds raised this time will be donated to Lacombe & District FCSS for the Kindness Campaign!

They are always excited to see people and play! They are good with dogs and kids and are very cuddly!

This has been the topic of the day.. Tariffs.

People have asked if I'll be affected and to be honest we don't know yet. We are not sure if the pet industry will be one of the industries affected with the tariffs coming in to play now.

But for those of you wanting to support more Canadian products I've put together this guide. I'm sure I've missed somethings and this does not include toys, clothing, shampoo, dishes, collars & leashes and other accessories.
But I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say at least 70% or more of my store is from Canada!

This does not mean that I will stop carrying American things. I built this store to have the best of the best quality products for your pets and that will never change.

I've talked to some of my American pet companies and they also don't want this to happen, they have built these companies from the ground up and have been around for a long time! Their goal has always been to make products dedicated to the health and wellness of your pet.

We have great businesses around us closing everyday like Peavey Mart and The Bra Lounge to name a few so regardless of your political views maybe this is a great reminder of how everyone can support Canada.
