Another beautiful sound bath success. This year was quieter than last year. It gave the quality over quantity vibe. I am so thankful for the people who took the time out of their busy lives to come and join us for this special event. We have all lost people in our lives, and as we all know, the holidays make it very difficult sometimes to find the positive when we are missing our people. A beautiful quote from Kristen, "grief & gratitude can coexist." It was a wonderful and accepting atmosphere. There was some good conversation about life & loss. Talk of the horses and, of course, sweets! Dually stole the show yesterday, this was he first experience where he was willing and able to stand the whole bath, hold space & as you can see in the video he had some big feelings, & lots of processing. I love these baths for the people, but I think for me, it's watching the horses come out of their shell, learn to let go themselves, and re charge their battery. He has come a long way in the last few months. I feel our connection has grown immensely. Here, you can see him in the presence of love & gratitude, surrounded by many emotions, yet still able to hold space for himself & those around him. I cannot thank my beautiful friend Kristen enough, you are such a light in my life and I couldn't imagine life without you at this point so Thank-you for not just being my partner in these events but my friend also. Today was absolutely so rewarding 💓 I have had Lynn in my life since the beginning of starting my business. We met over a mutual love for this wonderful little Halfinger mare Belle. Over time, Lynn and I have become very close friends, we have shared many memories with Belle, & today takes the cake. We loaded up Miss Belle & took her for her first walk along the ocean. She enjoyed the scenery & her adventure. I had the most magical moment yesterday with a new client, a very special little filly. She has a long road to recovery, but I can't help but feel so connected to her. She is so sweet and trusting. Her innocence gave me a hard time not letting the tears stream down. She was so content to just lay and enjoy her session. Here, she is enjoying some TLC while I use the @revitavetofficial infrared over her injured areas. I am looking forward to her continued rehab and building an even stronger connection. Gemma is in her stall enjoying the sounds of the bowls on Friday. The thing I enjoy most about these sessions is the response I can see through my horses. Many of these guys at the barn come with previous trauma or anxiety. Having Kristen at @harmoniclightsoundbath coming to play for us makes a difference in their lives and gives them a doorway to release their stress and enjoy a quiet afternoon. While bringing their equine magic to others who come to enjoy these sessions too. This lovely mare enjoying a full work up, after she had a hands-on session I'm using the large wave wings over her face and poll to bring some extra relaxation to her session.
