Beautiful Whitetail Buck from 2023 season..she might kill me for mentioning it 🤣 ..this was our top notch customers target deer..which her hubby shot ... 🙈🙈.. some may breakup over that hahaha..she's the most forgiving woman I've ever met 😉 thank you for always bringing in your business we love hearing the stories and supporting our customers through the season!!

December 1st already...wow! where did the last few months go?
We started with plus 30, and now we are up to our eyeballs in snow!

As I reflect on the past 3 months, I am forever grateful, as well as inspired by each and everyone of you that has visited our shop and reached out.

The people we have met in the hunting and trapping community, are like non other!. True stand up citizens, some who are quick to become family almost over night.
A sense of comfort comes with each and every story and struggle we share. That you can call at any time when a hand is needed, or advice after many many sits of seeing nothing lol.
Our 2024 Season is winding down and it is bittersweet.. we already want next season to be here. Better places to hunt, better bait, better land, more time.. as hunters we all want "bigger and better"..
However what we take away from this season, is to enjoy the time your in the stand seeing nothing. Time goes so fast now a days, everyone is busy, and although frustrating some days, we truly have valued the peace and quiet and reset.
Congratulations to everyone this year who harvested their trophy, who filled their freezers, made memories with their loved ones.
The last few days will be exciting. We wish you the best of luck, and thank you for your continuous support!

A home buck.. we have had the enjoyment of watching through the comfort of our own home 2022/2023 and yet see him in 2024 hopefully soon. The shed hanging belongs to him, and as well the set found this spring, which we decided to recreate by using them. We wanted to share this story, this project with you, as we wait for him to yet make another appearance...

It's so exciting to get that buck ... then you hang it up skin it and .. ... ...✂️ 💇‍♀️ 🔪 start hacking the cape lol ...

Now don't get me wrong I love to sew..but we also can give some great tutorials on how to skin an animal to be mounted.. and #1 rule is don't go higher than the brisket 🤪...

So if you didn't know, now you do 😏👏..

While ya'll are hoping the bucks are gonna get moving..and you hunt your Trophies this week..we are gonna be mounting them..and I'll be putting this brisket back together flawlessly 😉 😜

Hope you had the BEST weekend!.. Did you get time to hunt??.. I am painfully still sitting for a buck lol ..that's okay patience and down time I could use..

Today's shop activities, getting deer tanned up for mounting, and many many bears...which means 👇👇 .. removing ticks..
Yep you read that correctly lol

When you bring your trophy in no damn way I ain't taking my time to pull ticks off..LOTS of tanners and taxidermists don't😬..
Well we work really hard to give you back the BEST product..which means removing ticks lol.. so next time you call about pricing of a tan..keep in mind this sweet little addition I add in..lol 🤣
