Understanding & Recovering from Riding Fear

This 6-week intensive program is designed to expose Riding Fear for what it really is and to give riders tangible tools to help themselves manage it effectively. This series is not like other riding fear workshops you may have seen online or at clinics. You will receive individualized feedback and experience the benefit of learning from others in an intimate workshop experience. Active participation in each session, combined with between session homework assignments, will lead to greater self-understanding and improved confidence in this one-of-a-kind learning experience. This workshop will take an evidence-based approach to the human fear response using principles of psychology and neuroscience. Dr. Megan Pinfield PhD RCC RCAT is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who specializes in working with equestrians. She also provides training for coaches and industry professionals in Canada. Join Dr. Megan at Daisy Hills Equestrian in this new series on Recovery from Riding Fear. Each session is 2 hours and workbooks are included in the price.
