Due to the overwhelming number of last minute cancellations, I am implementing a cancellation fee if 24 hours notice has not been given.

The cancellation fee will be 50% of the cost of the groom, per dog that is scheduled. The fee will be payable when the cancellation is made. (If 24 hours is not given)

When appointments are made that time is reserved for your dog only. If you cannot make it, kindly cancel with 24 hours notice, so another dog can take your spot.
