It is with a heavy heart that I write to you today to share some unfortunate news. After much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to discontinue my pet grooming services, effective starting in the new year.

I want to emphasize that arriving at this decision was not an easy one, as I hold a deep passion for what I do and have grown to cherish every moment with you and your precious dogs. Your loyalty, trust, and the relationships we have formed over the years mean the world to me, which is why this decision has been incredibly challenging.

Finding fulfillment in a job is a rare gift, and it's so wonderful that I have such a passion for grooming and have built a strong rapport with my clients... However, the work/life balance i have right now is just not sustainable, I love my job but working 6 days a week and just barely making a living isn't fair to myself or my family. I've spent 8 years as a "successful" small business owner and not once in that time have I felt at ease with my financial future and with a growing cost of living I just don't see way around this decision.

Throughout the years, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with each and every one of you and to witness the joy and happiness that your dogs bring to your lives. Your support and patronage have meant everything to me, and it is not without immense gratitude that I express my sincere appreciation for your loyalty and trust.

I understand that this news may come as a suprise and I want to extend my deepest apologies once again for this inconvenience. I hope you understand that the decision was made with the utmost consideration, and it truly hurts my heart to write this.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your trust, support, and understanding. It has been an honor to serve you and your furry companions, and I will always hold the memories of our time together close to my heart.

Wishing you all the best for the future. Please continue to provide the love and care that your amazing dogs deserve.

Well this is post that I've been wanting to make for some time now...

Here we go...I am so overjoyed with the support from my clients, and when I am with your adorable doggos I am truly in my happy place ❤️... but the truth is. I am overwhelmed. I am exhausted and I just can't seem to keep up with never-ending bookings.

Even though I haven't been taking new clients for over 3 months it's still impossible to keep up. Over 80% of my clientele rebook immediately after a fresh groom, which is so appreciated as it makes my life so much simpler...

So coming in the near future I will be requiring 2 appointments booked in advance for small dogs and at least 1 for large or extra large breeds. Looking ahead for the next 6 weeks I already have limited availability and due to some much needed vacation time, I'm incredibly behind on appointments. I'm about to do a mass booking soon, and I truly apologize for my inability to keep up.

I love your dogs and I absolutely want to groom each and every one of them! But safety for your doggos and quality haircuts will always come first before booking appointments. Especially when I'm already booked 2-4 weeks at all times.

Thank you all for your understanding...I truly underestimated the amount of amazing people and dogs I have in my life ❤️. I am so truly blessed and I will continue to try and master this reception thing 😅

Well, here we go....

I'm a little late posting this one, but the one year anniversary of my opening date has come and gone. , And not a day has gone by where I haven't been fully booked. The pride, joy and validation that I get from my career are without question one of the best feelings I could ever ask for.

I absolutely do not exaggerate when I say that I LOVE my work and all of your furry family members mean the world to me. I would not be able to live this dream without your trust and everyday I am so thankful for that.

So thank you, all of you! For sharing your family with me and for making my dreams an absolute reality.

PS... I'll be doing a mass booking starting Monday so expect a call then and I am so sorry for the delays, long weekends can be a little crazy! But if you know me, I'm more then ok with that. 😉

Well this is a post I didn't think I would ever have to make, especially 1 day away from my one year anniversary of opening but ...

Until further notice:

WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Apologies for any inconveniences this causes but with over 350 regular clients it's becoming hard to keep up without booking over a month in advance. I will be returning all messages up until this point to see if they would like to book but after this no new clients until we can get caught up comfortably. I will be still accepting new puppies under 5 months with the right amount of notice.

Did you know...

Your dog's nails should be properly trimmed every 3-4 weeks! Any longer allows the quick (nerve endings) to grow longer, which makes it extremely hard to keep them short without causing your dog discomfort!

We now offer nail trims on a full walk in basis for $10 and we try and make the experience as easy on your dog as possible!
