Dear amazing clients,

We always want to be able to provide you and your pets with the best care possible, including top quality products, equipment and training, at a pace that is not stressful for your pets or our grooming team.

In order to do this, a price increase will be effective March 1st, 2025.

We've added card payments to our payment options as well.

: Effective February 1st, 2025:
Due to an increase in no show/no calls, we are adding some new policies into place; 24hr cancelation notice, late and no show fees, dematting and aggressive pet fees.

We are also adding a reward system and regular discounts.

We appreciate your understanding, and thank you for choosing us to care for your pets.

With over 17 years of experience pampering London's pets, we believe that every dog is a star. We have big hearts for dogs of all breeds and sizes.

We offer a cage free facility with one on one attention. Your pup will have the same groomer throughout their entire service, no passing off to a bather so the groomer can do another while your's waits.

In order to keep us up-to-date with the latest trends, we're offering 30% off to select dogs to be used as practice models for new techniques.
They will receive the same love & care as always, but a fresh new look.

☆ Requirements ☆
● Allowing us complete creative freedom over the final look.
● Even temperament and calm during grooming
● Not matted
● Services may include longer length grooms or temporary colours.

☆ Model breeds requested ☆
● Curly coated breeds (poodles, bichon, curly doodle,etc)
●Drop coat breeds (shih tzu, havanese, yorkies etc.)
● schnauzer

Spots are limited, and only dogs meeting the requirements will be selected.
