To my amazing and valued clients I wanted to let you all know that moving forward I will be implementing and enforcing my cancellation policy more strictly. This is definitely not meant to make anyone feel bad, nor is it directed at anyone personally. I completely understand that life gets busy, things come up and change.
Lately there have been quite a few last minute cancellations and no shows. This really does begin to greatly affect my income.
Moving forward, the below policy will need to be reviewed, agreed to and signed by all clients who wish to continue on with me.

Cancellation Policy & Agreement
*Please read and sign to state you agree to the policy below.
This cancellation policy is in effect to protect the time and livelihood of Katie’s Dog Grooming and all employees who work here.
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If appointments are not shown up for, or cancelled within the 24 hours before the appointment, there will be a $45 charge for the first occurrence, each occurrence after will be subject to pay the full cost of the grooming. These payments will be expected to be paid before another appointment is able to be booked.
Due to the high demand for groomers, and this being my sole form of income, in the occasion a client has had 3 occurrences I will unfortunately have to ask the client to find another groomer.
