🍞If you had a chance to sample her breads at the Vegan Holiday Market then you know how amazing they are! If you were unable to attend the Holiday Market you can find her every Saturday at the Old Strathcona Farmers' Market, you will not be disappointed!

💰Description of donation:
Za’atar is a Levantine family of mixture of herbs, sumac, salt and toasted sesame seed. It is commonly eaten with pita, which is dipped in olive oil and then Za’atar.
When the herb is mixed with oil and becomes a paste it’s then spread onto dough or already baked bread! In the Middle East isn’t known as Manaeesh!
Pair it with some fresh veggies, mint leaves, spreads and olives and go to town!
