Valentine’s Day can be as much fun for pets as it is for humans—as long as dangerous items are kept out of paws’ reach!

Happy "Howl"-Oween! As we gear up for the spookiest night of the year, here are some safety tips to help keep our pets safe:
Keep treats stashed away: Halloween chocolate and candy are toxic to pets.

Secure decorations: Pets may be tempted to chew on wires and tinsel, and nibble at pumpkins and corn.

Ensure costumes are comfy: If your pet is used to wearing a costume, make sure it is not too tight and allows for free movement and easy breathing. Avoid costumes with small pieces that can be chewed off.

Provide a safe, quiet space away from the front door: Some pets get stressed from the constant ringing of the doorbell. Provide a comfy spot for them to relax. Ensure that pets can't run out the open front door.
