Let's hear it for this hard working boy, Avalanche. Avalanche is a livestock guardian who needed some guidance on strengthening his boundaries with the goats. I'm so excited by his progress, he is a very good boy!

We are so excited to see our family grow again!

Like many families, it is top priority for our dogs and children to learn safe and appropriate interaction. This is particularly crucial when introducing a new baby to the household. Gradual and carefully monitored interactions like this shown here, will be led by the adults of the household will be the norm here for many years to come.

Please join us in congratulating Ralph and Hachi on their new baby brother! We are all very much in love!

"I wear the poppy for the 1,000's of my brothers and sisters who stood with me while I served a 25-year career. For those that I walked down the path you blazed for me and those brothers and sisters, for those that went off to faraway battles who never returned home whom we hold dearly in our hearts....that's who I wear it for." - Rusty Pothier.

Friday Fun Fact!

Chewing accomplishes a number of things for a dog. For young dogs, it's a way to relieve pain that might be caused by incoming teeth. For older dogs, it's nature's way of keeping jaws strong and teeth clean. Chewing also combats boredom and can relieve mild anxiety or frustration.

Destructive chewing can be avoided with training, and our trainers can help you find solutions!
