Hey everyone a reminder to have fun with your dogs! Training is important but building your relationship with some fun is too! Sometimes we get so focused on just training that we forget to just have fun 💜

I remember hearing this from an other trainer and it makes a lot of sense. When you have a small dog it’s easier to let them miss behave because they are small and can’t really do much damage. Like when they jump on people, pull on the leash, get reactive on the leash and ect… But imagine that behaviour on a bigger dog. Is that behaviour okay ? If the answer is no then you need to stop it even if they are small 💜

Hey everyone this is a reminder that exercise, walks and mental stimulation are amazing but did you know that chill days are important too. Sometimes we are so concentrated on go go go that are dogs don’t even know how to relax. If you dog are having trouble relaxing I can help you with that 💜

Did you know that the best way to approach a dog is no touch, no talk, no eye contact?
In the dog world when dog meet each other they just smell. They don’t say hello all exited. They stay calm and sniff each other’s bum. In the dog eyes when you come up to them all exited, closes to their faces it’s tells them that you are unstable and it’s freaks the dog out. Some dogs will not react bot others will. So when meeting a new dog always stay like a statue so they can smell you and get to know you calmly.
