Once a petrified, unsure and anxious dog...to a confident, happy and trusting dog.
It doesn't happen with all of them, but I'd say that 97% eventually come around and absorb your love and energy.

I often have kind people either call me, message me or tell me in person that they have heard "super good things about me" by a neighbor, a friend, a family member, or a human client etc.
Words can be powerful at times and I appreciate it more than you know. π
I genuinely and wholeheartedly pour my heart & soul into my work.
In today's world & society, many like to focus on the negative and "misses", so from the bottom if my wittle β€οΈβπ©Ή, know that your support keeps me motivated, humble and acknowledging that my work here does matter.

I felt that it was important to make another video in regards to brushing, types of efficient tools and safe ways to brush.
Not to mention expectations on cuts/shapes.
This is not to offend anyone, it is to explain, educate and provide an opportunity to people to learn and apply skills.
I am very straight forward and do not tell people what they want to hear, I tell them the truth.
I find it to be unprofessional and dishonest to not be upfront and disclose certain aspects of grooming, your dogs behaviors and what I can see or notice.
I believe that it is very important for me to understand my clients, but for them to also understand me and what my personal grooming boundaries are and will be.
I cannot fix what hasn't been done in 2 months, in 2 hours. π€·
After all, we're the ones who need to groom your dogs and we see how it can affect them.
I genuinely love dogs and only want what's best for them, including yours.π

Owning and loving dogs is a responsibility on many levels and if we choose to fall short on certain aspects, we need to be realistic.
