Two sweet cats needing forever homes. ❤️❤️

Savannah and George are really hopeful they won't be spending another Christmas in foster care 🎄we know their perfect, patient family is out there willing to give them a chance!

Meet Savannah and George 😻. These sweethearts were found at playground alone and most likely abandoned. Their luck certainly changed when they were brought to safety though!

These gingers are looking for a patient home who will give them the time they need to decompress. Once they have warmed up, be prepared for snuggles 😸 They have the biggest purrs and sleep with their foster parents!

This sibling pair would do best in a home without very young children (12+ please).

This young lad is safe and sound and Nicole From Kent county is taking him to his new forever home.
So very very Happy for him. Lots of great people out working together to get him back into safe hands. It’s so bitter cold outside.
Lots of hard work from everyone and so pleased nothing serious happened to this sweet boy!
Thank you very much to the Wonderful community of Grand Barachois and surrounding areas. So many loving kind, caring people. It certainly was a pleasure to meet you all and to know that you were there for everyone and helping with this dog.
This young boy gets a second chance at life and hopefully never run the roads again!!

As a big-hearted Community we have been trying to catch this poor lost dog but we are facing challenges. If we want different results we have to do something different!!!

🙏So, here is our heartfelt plea:
We have a dog rescue with team members located in Shediac, Grand Barachois, Haute-Aboujagane and surrounding areas, who have EXPERTISE in finding and catching lost dogs and they are working 2️⃣4️⃣-7️⃣ and ready to act!! This dog is very scared and at great risk and people feeding him and chasing him, although well intended, is delaying him actually being rescued by people who are very experienced and completely equipped to do that very thing!
Here's what they need: If you do see this sweet boy, please text 506-378-1559 or 506-862-8776 immediately with location. 📍and they will go do their thing. They have multiple safe and effective traps set where they are refreshing them with food so as to attract him. But he won't go in them if he's being fed and if he's being chased away from these areas!

Posters are the number ONE method of getting a lost pet back.

Posters, why don't people take them seriously?

Why do people not listen to lost pet professionals when they say to get posters up IMMEDIATELY?

We have been telling people to get posters up IMMEDIATELY for years but it mostly falls on deaf ears.

More pets are found through the use of Posters than any other method.

Posters should be very simple, just

LOST PET
DO NOT CHASE
PICTURE (if photo not available
Put colours)
PHONE NUMBER

(You do not want or need any other info on your Posters and the useless websites like pawboost and others make THE WORST POSTERS EVER)

They should be duct taped under every stop sign in the area.

Do you want to get your pet back sooner rather than later? You guessed it, POSTERS

Please if you lost your pet, PLEASE get posters up immediately, it really can get your pet back quickly.

Don't wait for your pet to just come back on its own and don't sit back and let others do all the work. Get posters up.

Rescue groups are overwhelmed so the more you as a lost pet parent can do to help get YOUR lost pet back, the better.

Very sad to post this report from the owner. Toby was stuck by a vehicle and has passed away!

Angel’s Dog Rescue would like to Thank the wonderful citizens of Dieppe for calling in so many sightings and for the offers of help spotting and signage. We tried so hard to help the owners Get Toby back to his new home. The owners worked tirelessly to help get their baby back day and night. It’s just such a crazy situation, but we want you to know that the owners were on target and really we’re going to give him the best home ever He finally got adopted and it’s very sad. He took off so fast from the car they never even got him into his new home. He didn’t know he was going to have a nice posh life.

Hopefully, we can get him before he goes up in the trails. Lots of information sent to owners with protocol.
Please do not chase. Do not whistle do not call. Do not save the dogs name. If you see the dog observe and call the owner as soon as possible!! Give direct location to the owner. And she will keep track of them and that would be a tremendous help!

This is one of the reasons why we do not like invisible fences for our adoptions:

This little guy got out of his invisible fence...no doubt chasing a squirrel that was outside the boundary. He managed to fight off the coyotes that tried to kill him.
The shock collar around his neck had prevented his return to his home and yard, so he went back into the woods to lay down to die. His owner was determined to find him. When he was found he was pretty torn up with a temp of 94°F.
Invisible fencing is Not going to keep animals, or other threats out of your yard.
If your dog runs through the barrier in pursuit of a critter, he's going to get corrected by that collar if he tries to get back home.... Please reconsider invisible fencing. People may say that they have been using them for years without issue.
