Good Morning to all my amazing clients and furbabies🙏❤️. As we go into fall I understand that people get busy with preparing for colder weather, sickness and school chaos that it is easy to forget an appointment. Just wanted to reinforce that I do not charge a no show fee as long as I'm informed that an appointment doesn't work or life happened as I am very understanding of this. If contact is not made though (even just a txt is great), there are no-show fees attached to the next groom. This fee is half of the cost of a full groom on your pet. I hate writing this post but unfortunately I've had more than normal no-shows and alot of people waiting on a cancelation list that don't get the opportunity to have an appointment earlier. So sorry to clients on the late responses and wait period to get in. Unfortunately our family had an unexpected loss of one of our fur babies last week and then the next day we had a sick 🐖 who as many know are also family. Unfortunately due to this cold weather, my pipes have froze in the shop so I am without water at the moment. We are working very hard to try to rectify the situation. Will touch base today with clients booked the next couple days if we cannot get it fixed😢. So sorry for the inconvenience 🥺
