Hey everyone! We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for your patience in a whirlwind time for our store. We have good news to share!
First and foremost, Chelsea fought bravely and is now cancer-free and back to work! We’re all so proud of her and happy to have her back. Bookings with Chelsea can now resume as normal.
Secondly, you might have seen a new face around the shop in the past few months. We are so excited to introduce our groomer, Robin!
Robin was helping us deal with all the changes and helped tremendously in getting our lovely clients in and taken care of.
Now that Chelsea is back, Robin is accepting new clients!

This will allow us to keep up with the cost of supplies, employees, maintenance, and day to day operations of the store so we can serve you better. We are having the craziest summer of life! Thank you so much for loving us 🥰 but as we gear up for Ally’s maternity leave at the end of summer and try to navigate shuffling our existing clients around, we are incredibly booked up and could use a bit of a break. We have a few announcements to share that we’re all SUPER excited about!

For starters - and I know this has been long awaited - WE ARE ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AGAIN!
This is all thanks to our new team members - Alison, a groomer, and Melanie, a bather!

If you have been waiting for our books to open, please get in touch with us again for booking.

Secondly, as of February 1st, 2023 Diamond in the Ruff will be raising the prices of all services by 10%.

A full updated price list will be available on our website. This will be our first price increase in almost two years of business.

As always, we are fully committed to offering you the same quality of work that you expect and deserve. This price increase will help keep us on top with the cost of supplies, employees and maintenance to our salon.

We greatly appreciate your business and support through this time of growth and change. Our salon is doing better than any of us could have possibly dreamed of and we’re so excited about where things are going.

Hello! There has been a slight update to our policy. We are currently not able to accept ANY new clients, and there will be no exceptions for baths or desheds.
Please note that we are VERY busy and we are down a set of hands. Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment - otherwise, please be prepared for long waits!

Business has been so good that we can’t keep up! As a temporary measure, we will not be accepting new clients - with the exception of bath and deshedding services. We will post when our books reopen to new clients! Thanks everyone 💖

Hi everyone! Just wanted to post an update -

We are heading into one of our busy seasons and this is going to be an absolutely crazy summer! Our groomers are already booking into June and the phone calls and emails have not stopped! Please book your pups ASAP to avoid disappointment 💗 please be mindful that the three of us are doing the most to try to make everyone happy but we are absolutely swamped (in the BEST way) so we may not be able to accommodate every request.

I would also like to remind everyone that we prefer E-MAIL or PHONE CALLS for booking as it gets confusing when we have appointment requests coming in from all different apps. Instagram and Facebook messages are NOT monitored. Phone calls and e-mails are returned at our convenience - always within a couple days. If you miss us, please leave a message so we can get back to you 💖
