📢Updates are Coming to Lisa’s Doghouse!

👉Please see below for the following updates regarding the return policy and the POS System changes at Lisa’s Doghouse, effective Thursday, September 25th, 2025.

🛒Return Policy:
Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment. Items that are opened, damaged, and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

🖥️POS System Update:
All returns MUST be accompanied by an original copy of the receipt. We will be using a new POS System and will NO LONGER be able to go back and find transactions prior to the transition date. Please keep your original copy should you need any exchanges/refunds on your purchase. Returns/Exchanges WILL NOT be accepted without a RECEIPT.
