1 Geese went Missing off a lawn today on Marshall Park Drive. It really could have happened anytime between 5am and 6pm.

I’m hoping that the power of social media and my followers, friends and family will help to find it.

This doesn’t happen often. But Most the time they just get dumped in a ditch and can be anywhere. There’s lots of bush and ditches and the creek all on that road. So hoping it was dumped there. My geese are very bulky and weird shape. And also filled with sand. So I can’t see someone walking far with it. They are also not replaceable and is one of the very few options for the winter season. So hoping it’s found before winter season.

To most people. They just see a plastic animal. But to me it’s my everything. It’s my small biz that helps to pay for unexpected expenses. and very little money goes back in my pocket after basic expenses. I do what I do cause I LOVE to provide this service in north bay. And I have been doing this unique biz of lawn friends for over 20 years. And what I love the most is to hear about how they brighten peoples birthdays.

There is a 310- number circulating with the instructions to call it if you see an animal locked in a hot car. This number has been out of service for a while now. The number below is the new correct number. If you spot a dog left unattended in a hot vehicle contact them. If the dog is in distress call 911. It is also a good idea to make note of the license plate and make of the vehicle along with a description of the dog (pics help). Notify customer service or security also.
If the dog is taken out of the vehicle never pour cold water in the dog.
There is no reason any animal should be left alone in a vehicle in this heat. If you must travel with your pet then have someone stay outside in the shade with them while you go in or ask customer service if the establishment is pet friendly. Leaving the air conditioning on is not safe - vehicles fail!

I will be increasing my prices effective March 1st.
• 15 minute visits will now be $15
• 30 minute visits will now be $20
• 45 minute visits will increase from $25

The additional pet fees will remain at $5 for now tho.
