As a mother myself, I am constantly in awe of the selfless love and devotion our mares show to their foals. The way they nurture, protect, and guide their little ones with such gentle strength and unwavering dedication is a true marvel. It's a reminder of the power of motherly love and the incredible sacrifices our mares make for their foals. Like leaving the grain bucket untouched, that they used to run across the field for, so their little ones can nurse.

I am so grateful for the privilege of watching these special moments unfold on our farm.

I think we have seen our vet more than family this summer. We are incredibly grateful for Hans and the team at Pioneer Veterinary Services who accommodate us with the crazy breeding season. Though insanely busy, they make us feel like a priority and give our horses the utmost care!
