Puppies had play time outside and now they are tired and warming up by the fire.
Today it’s warm enough the babies get to play outside for the first time. They are loving their extra play space. Roxie is checking to make sure they are all here.
So much cuteness at my house
Avery singing to Roxie’s 9 fresh little puppies today
Oliver didn’t quite know what to do with this crab, lol. He’s a bird dog not a 🦀 dog.

Puppies all get their first immunizations tomorrow and will be ready to go June 7th to their new families! For those of you who are their new families, I will be contacting you to arrange puppy pickups over the next week. My cell # is 2506741743 if you have any questions. It’s best to text as I am often a little busy to answer calls.
They are busy little ones but Roxie still loves them as a good mommy does. She still lets them feed occasionally. All but for our tiny little girl (the runt is 1/2 the size of the others) they have chubby little bellies and are mostly chunky monkeys.
Little monsters are starting to escape out of the whelping box to get to their mommy. Time to put up the fence enclosure.
Babies had their first puppy mash meal. They loved it! Now they are all sticky.
Babies are growing and have their eyes open now. They are starting to play, and bark, and growl at each other too.
Avery was very gentle with the puppies. The squealing was more to do with being moved. Don’t worry she wasn’t hurting them.
We introduced the grandkids to the puppies this weekend. They loved them!!
Roxie and Lilly play all the time. Lilly still thinks she’s a dog after being raised with the pups in the whelping pen.
A few curious puppies got an unexpected lake swim, lol. All good they could touch when they fell in.
Puppies have a view of the pool for play time.
Puppy play on the deck this morning. They are almost completely weened now.
