Wow, that was a whopper! A total of 60.3 cm! We hope everyone has managed to dig out and made it through unscathed. As Canadians, we’re a resilient bunch, and our love-hate relationship with the white stuff is all too real! Hard to believe spring is only 31 days away!

Timely Touchups is a family-owned company, and our employees are proud residents of Kemptville and the surrounding area. Since COVID, we’ve made it a priority to support our local economy by working with local suppliers. We use Canadian lumber, and all our sheds are built right here in Kemptville.

For those who may not know, we also specialize in indoor renovations! We work with incredibly talented craftsmen to bring your vision to life with precision and quality. Our clients wanted to renovate their basement by adding a kitchen and updating the full bathroom. We began with an almost complete demolition of the existing space and framed in new walls. In the kitchen, we installed new cabinets and added a central island for extra workspace and seating. A stylish tile backsplash was added, making the kitchen both attractive and easy to clean. The flooring throughout is laminate/vinyl, chosen for its comfort and durability. Light colours and white cabinets help make the space feel larger and more open.

In the bathroom, we used laminate flooring with a marble look to give it a clean, updated appearance. We installed cabinets for storage along with a vanity featuring a built-in sink to enhance both style and functionality.

To accommodate the stackable washer and dryer, we created a custom cubby, maximizing the available space. At the bottom of the basement stairs, we installed a barn door to provide privacy while adding a touch of style.

This renovation turned out beautifully, and our client is thrilled with the results. Working closely with them allowed us to achieve the look they wanted while staying within budget.

These before and after photos clearly show how this small porch renovation significantly enhances the overall appearance of the home. Our client wanted to add shade to the pool area, and attaching a canopy to the existing pool house proved to be the perfect solution. With ample space for furniture, they now have a comfortable retreat from the sun whenever needed. The hip roof beautifully complements the pool house design, while the open beams provide the ideal spot for hanging a chandelier or planters. It’s truly a lovely transformation.

We are definitely keeping busy! It is not too late to book your fall project. This garage turned out beautifully and our clients will have all the extra space they need. The porch certainly freshens up the look of the house. Our clients were thrilled with the upgrade and happy to know that it will be safe for family and friends to use especially in winter.
