Hola everyone!! Pura vida 🤙🏽on our way home from Costa Rica and had a blast. Fur will be flying again as of Wednesday. NOTE: all clients are prebooked. Changing an appointment means I get lucky and I can switch you with someone else or you risk falling on my wait list. If that happens you could lose your place in the schedule and may not be able to guarantee the next appointment. Please give me ample notice if you need to amend a pre-existing appointment, it gives me a chance to try and accommodate your needs. Thank you for your understanding ☺️

This flooooooofy girl was so good for her first bath and tidy up. Molly the 5 month old standard poodle was so sweet 🥹 was my pleasure to find your floof little lady…now don’t go crazy in this snow 😂

Meet mister Chuck. Another Buttermilk Creek Kennels pup brought in by his new pawrents 🥰 this was the hardest pup I’ve ever groomed!!!! Was he bad? Nope Did he he misbehave? Nope Did he fight? NOPE!!!! So why was he tricky? He was ASLEEP!! 🤣 so sweet and soooooo cute and all he wanted to do was curl up and nap 💤 ☺️ here’s his before, post fluff ball bath and after pics. Can’t wait to see him again. Thanks so much for coming to Chris’s Groom Room 💜

A shout out to some local breeders who I’ve had the privilege to meet some their dogs Buttermilk Creek Kennels and ’s Aussiedoodles have amazing pups who grow to great dogs. Looking for mini golden doodles or shipoos check out Buttermilk and Lolo’s for mini Aussiedodles!!!!!!!!

Cutie Kai came for his spaw day and he did soooooo good for such a little guy. Omg his nose is the size of the top of my pinky finger. So cute 🥰 was happy to get him spiffy for Christmas 🎄

Mr. Charlie came to the groom room today looking for a clean up. Mom tried to give him a bit of a trim but I helped finish it up making him all handsome. He was a sweetheart and loves to give the lovings 💗 this big Bearded Collie X is totally welcome at the groom room 🥰

Meet Rhoddy the Sheltie 🥰 he totally looks like a miniature collie. He was just the sweetest and so patient as he had soooooo much fur I swear he lost 10 lbs 😂 if only it was that easy. Welcome to the grooming family.

Another new member of the groom room little miss Ellie the Havapoo 🥰 she needed a good clean up with having such a thick coat but she’s just too adorable I mean that face and gives the best kisses 😘 thank you for coming to see me. I have a couple of spots left for new clients for the last 2 weeks of this month and a couple of spots in December that won’t last long. Located in Nepean area in Ottawa ON

He is the biggest heat hog. With winter approaching we want to keep our pooches coat longer. Just remember longer means more at home maintenance. Areas that rub (collars, harnesses, where they sit lay down and chest) knot up first. The snow will be hell. Whenever they get wet once dry you must comb. Comb is key. A brush will do the surface but the undercoat stays at the skin level and causes knitting which we have to go under to shave off. To avoid this comb then brush at least 2-3 times a week plus every time they get wet. Also maybe reconsider your clip length. Oh coats also rub so once coat comes off a good combing.

Sweet little Accalia came in this weekend for her spaw day. She arrived as a big fluff ball and left a beautiful skinny mini….if only it was that easy 😂 she’s always a pleasure to do 🥰

It’s with a heavy heart that I share some sad news. Our loveable huge goofball Kuzco has left us for the rainbow bridge. He had heart issues that finally caught up with him. He was sick on the inside but happy on the outside till the end 🖤 he has left a huge void in our home and will miss him forever. Till we meet again boo bear

Bruno aka Boomer is crate trained, potty trained and has great recall. He knows how to shake a paw and really loves a whole lot of tummy rubs! He is great with kids of all ages and will do awesome in any setting! He is truly a one of a kind puppy❤️Also he is quite fond of car rides too! F1B mini GoldenDoodle that will reach approximately 25 to 30 pounds full grown.
