Taking a chance on two 'rescues' - underfed, not weaned until about 3.5 months, then straight to seeds. Keel is razor sharp on both. One or both will be rehomed with Muna Shokri once they gain weight and stabilize - praying they make it!

Three super sweet violet babies, 9 weeks old, fully weaned and hand-tamed since 1 & 2 weeks; eating finely chopped chickpeas, melon, apples, shredded carrots, and corn among other foods, and supplementing with Hagen pellets. They love to try try new fresh food, and are super playful (love their bath!). Hard to get a good pic of them now that they're older!

Five eggs in the nest for Poseidon (DF Violet) and Empress (Violet with small peach crown). May have some babies again out of this young couple!

All birds available except the dilute. Light green birds will be red-headed opalines, violet will also be an opaline. 8 weeks old, eat a variety of fresh foods, and on Hagen Tropican 2mm pellets. Hand-tamed (not just hand-fed - all can step-up and are learning 'To me' and 'Away'). Please pm. All birds waiting on DNA, should know within the week!

Well, the babies are in their 4th week (except L'il Peanut who is around 3 weeks). Pulled from the nest box at 3 weeks and doing GREAT! Looks like we have a leucito or a cremino (nicknamed Michaelangelo) L'il Peanut is possibly a TQ Violet, then it looks like we have two green red-headed opalines, The youngest is Spot, and the older one is Blaze lol!

Meet Mizuki, our 1st rescue. She is an example of bad breeding - she's a cross between a Black Masked and a Fischer, and cannot produce offspring, but she took a real shine to my older son, and is happy as a clam and off to college with her 'person' this fall!
