⭐️Meet The Pups Monday!⭐️

Say hello to this happy brother and sister duo, Boomer (Pointer/Lab mix) & Sadie (Shepherd/Mastiff mix) 🩷🐶

These two are bundles of joy are part of our Oliver pack and absolutely love their Monday morning adventures. We have loved watching them open up and become more comfortable showing us their goofy selves over the months they’ve been walking with us. They are bold and energetic puppers who love to go for swims and hang out with their doggie friends.
Sadie is the older sis, more mellow and loves her treats. Boomer is the baby bro, he’s a firecracker who loves to run around and explore. They are both valued additions to the muddy paws crew

⭐️Meet The Pups Monday!⭐️

This beautiful Shepherd mix is Maisy short for Mazikeen. She is the biggest sweetheart I have ever met, and just lives for pats and play! Maisy is a bundle of energy, with a sprinkle of sass, and she's always keeping the smaller dogs busy playing chase. She has been having the best time with us, and we are so happy to have her in the pack.🐾

Update on Miss Mia

She's doing great. Eating, napping, bitting everything she can get her mouth around, and just generally back to the energy level of a 12 week old puppy. 🐾

She's going to be just fine 😊

I would like to thank the community for its outpouring of support for Mia the puppy! In less then 24hrs we have met our goal of $1000 in donations to recover the cost of the vet bill and provide food, and toys for Mia during her recovery. Everyone really stepped up to help this pup, and every single penny will go towards making sure she gets to live her best life.

Hello everyone! Today we are reaching out to ask our community for help to save this little puppy. 🐾💜

Meet Mia, the 12 week old Rottweiler mix. Her life started off pretty rough. In her first 11 weeks of life she had contracted Parvo and was found extremely lethargic and dehydrated. She was taken in by a client of mine and brought directly to the veterinary clinic where Mia was given IV fluids, and anti-nausients to help give her a fighting chance. Now three days later she is already making a huge recovery! Unfortunatly the SPCA isncurrently unable to take her until she has gone through a 2 week quarantine. So myself and my team have stepped up and volunteered our time to care for Mia during her quarantine and make sure she has everything a puppy could ask for. We are not looking for fosters, we are however asking for financial contributions to help with the cost of the vet bill, vaccinations, food, and medication. Currently we will be accepting donations via etransfer or through our gofundme page!

This most handsome and photogenic boy is Fin aka Sir Finnegan the Floofy aka Finster aka 'Come here fluffy butt' 🤣. He is currently our only Apex pack memeber, and is looking for some friends to adventure with! Fin is so playful and full of energy, all he ever wants to do is play! And with a face like that, who could say no?

Excuse me, just sneaking through the tall grass to remind you all to stay hydrated and cool this weekend! 🐾

It's gonna be a hot one this weekend and all of next week, and the safety and well being of our pack is ALWAYS our main priority. So how do we navigate these intense heat waves? Water! Making sure that our hiking locations have accessible running water for our pack to cool off and take a little swim is so important! We also do everything in our power to make sure all our walks are finished before 2pm, so that everyone is home before the hottest part of the day. So make sure that if you're going out for a hike with your dog(s) this weekend, that you plan to hike somewhere near water!

Today we honor the Indigenous Peoples of this Nation and all of Turtle Island. We acknowledge that we have the priviledge to work, play and live on the traditional unceded territory of the Syilx peoples of the Okanagan. Muddy Paws is dedicated to participating in acts of reconciliation with our Indigenous communities. Today we will do our part by taking all of our profits for the day, and donating them to the Local Enowkin Center, and participating in the solstice celebrations being held at Okanagan Lake Park through out the day.
