Hey y'all! I know it's been quiet over here, I apologize. I have been in and out of the hospital over the last two weeks. It's been quite exhausting. 😮‍💨

Here is March's calendar! I can't wait for everyone to get their long awaited babies. ☺️ They're all growing like weeds. 🌱

I'm heading down home for a much needed visit (it's been since December! 🤯), but monthly trips will be starting up again!

Remember that we can deliver anywhere along the 401/407, from Peterborough to Brantford when we do those trips, for a minimal fee (depending on how far off the highway you are located, if you can meet us near one of the off/on ramps, there will be no charge!).

Peep is expecting VERY soon, she was bred to her brother and we will be expecting martens will hopefully a lot of beautiful dragon eye babies!

Invidious will be paired and I'm hoping for silvermane and downunder, all in standard coats.

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to make a pinned post about when our current litters would be available to pickup.

Remember that we are located in Peterborough, Ontario. We can do weekend trips to Oshawa to meet anyone coming from Toronto area.

Unfortunately we will not be back down in Brantford until the beginning of April. So anyone wanting babies that will be available before then will either need to make the drive to us or wait until April 4th weekend, unless you want to use our transport company Mel’s Neighborhood • Transport Routes, ETAs, & More! for an additional cost. Remember that her routes are not frequent, so it may be worth driving up yourself!

With that all being said, here's our list of litters, birth dates, pickup dates and how many babies are available from each litter. Keep in mind, some are just born, so we don't have any information on them other than genders and count. We don't have any idea of who we are holding back until they're older or even if any will be suitable for breeding or pet homes. We will update this post as litters change and our trips back home change. 😊

Dragon would like to let everyone know that we are going to be deleting our website. 😬

Unfortunately it does not get that much traction, the views are not as high as Instagram or Facebook, and frankly it's just one more platform I have to manage and keep updated.

I WILL be posting our monthly calendar on both platforms, so you can know planned breedings still and will be making highlights and albums of all adult rats in our rattery (these will change as rats pass, gets adopted, etc).

We will have an abundance of babies coming up as available very soon and will be posted in our Instagram highlights and on our page. Whatever is posted on one platform, will be posted on the other. ☺️

If you have previously adopted a CFR rat, you also have access to our private Facebook group. So reach out for an invite if you'd like! 🍀

Crickets babies are doing absolutely wonderful! We have 12 healthy, chunky beans. 😊

Invidious and Flora's babies are almost 5 weeks and have been separated into their corresponding grow out cages. We will be making our final choices very soon and posting the remaining babies that pass temperament testing as available.

I know a lot of you have been anxiously awaiting some Cloverfield babies, but there has been a TON going on in my personal life that needed to be dealt with. Thank-you for being so patient with me.

We are back in the swing of things and you should see much more regular updates from us! 😁

These are my 3 holdbacks from the DWS DU litter.

Colter is a stunning masked boy with very few spots on his back and belly, Valentine was a complete surprise, as he is an odd-eye boy! So he will be staying with me to hopefully found an in-house odd-eye line. And Armadillo was going to be available, but he is just so damn stunning with an absolute SQUISH personality, which the line could utilize.

Unfortunately none of the females were suitable.

Hoping to change that moving forward! 🤞

Now that the holiday season is behind us and we are settled into the new year, we have revamped everything and would like to confirm spots on our list. ☺️

We will have available males and females coming up in a couple weeks, AS WELL as a continuation of our Transformers line AND our dragon eye line, which both produce absolutely phenomenal babies. Cricket and Peep are both expecting!

LOTS has been happening behind the scenes, but I promise you, it's been worth the wait! 😁

We hope everyone has had an incredible holiday and now start to the new year! 🎉

We welcomed 14 stunning babies on New Years Day! It actually blew my mind that the first CFR litter was born on January 1st. 😂

This stunning litter is out of Flora x Flea

We also have a litter that's just over 2 weeks old from Invidious x Bluff.

Hoping to finally get some babies out to the public. 🤞 With the test litters, it's unpredictable how babies will turn out until a few generations in. But we are working on producing the absolute best for our adopters!

✅Remember to give your cooked turkey bones to all your ratties! Turkey, turkey bones and veggies will all be greatly appreciated! Even a small bite of pumpkin pie if you'd like.

❎ Do NOT give them mashed potatoes unless they are severely watered down, as it can cause choking! Same with bread and stuffing.

We are down home with my family for the holidays. We will be resuming adoptions come the new year. Please enjoy your holiday and we will be reaching out to everyone in January! ✨

I promised y'all a video, and here it is. I've been holding onto it for so long now. 😂 I'll have to do a complete room tour and cage tour at some point, but moving, washing and setting all these cages was a chore and a half. Especially for a chronically ill person. 💀 But nonetheless... Welcome to Cloverfield. 💚 *Please note this video was taken a few weeks ago, after everything was moved upstairs and yes, their cages are MUCH more filled now and every cage in use has two water bottles. ☺️
