I am saddened to say that today was Active Canines last hike… over the past couple months I have enjoyed meeting so many of your lovely dogs and exploring the trails all over port Alberni! Wether it was rain, snow or the blazing heat, your dogs and I have enjoyed every minute of it! Unfortunately I have chosen a path into a new career in which I’m required to go to school full time, and I just won’t have the time to explore the trails with the dogs anymore☹️ I just wanted to thank everyone who trusted me with their animals to take them exploring and enjoying the beautiful outdoors! I feel so lucky to have met all of my clients and their dogs as everyone was always a pleasure ☺️ so with all that being said… Active Canine is no longer available and I wish everyone the best with their future endeavours and I thank you all for your love and support!🐾☀️

Welcome to Active Canine! My business is for me to take your furry little four legged friend on hikes and trails in Port Alberni! I can pick up your dog anywhere in Port Alberni and take them on some lovely adventures! My pick up time is usually around 12:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and for a 2 hour walk is only 25$ per pet! I also offer private one on one walks to meet your dogs needs! I work at a vet clinic here in Port Alberni so I have some experience with handling some of the more handful types of dogs! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to message me!
