Quarter Horse or Paint (Grade or Registered)
Between 8-12 years old
15.2-16 hands
Open to all colours (Grey and Black preference)
Mare or Gelding

Client is a beginner.
This horse must be SAFE SAFE SAFE!!! Sound, has to be broke broke, doesn’t have to be fancy but broke. Horse will eventually be used as a barrel/gaming horse.

Budget of 10k
Prince Albert, Sask willing to travel for the right horse.

Reminders : As the warm weather continues to approach please be mindful of the mud at the arena.
The laneway up to the arena is muddy mess, so we are asking ALL students and parents to please park by the Bins coming in or by the hay bales.
It is also the time of year were you want to bring a pair of rubber boots, as well a your riding boots. The paddocks and areas around the arena are going to be muddy.

No Lessons Spots Left Available Next Week!!

April Updates!!

April 1st Lesson Fees go up by $10.
If you are no longer staying in the program after the price increase please let me know asap as we have a waitlist to fill those spots.

There are NO LESSONS April 5th and April 7th

Rider Evaluations will be done throughout the month. If you have a specific week youd like to have It done please let me know so i can preplan, if not i will just set your evaluation date.

I have been working on summer camps, so if you know anyone that might be interested let me know or direct them to our page.

I am still accepting riders onto our waitlist.
Students that are not currently in the program but plan to come back into the program this spring please confirm with me that you will be coming back into the program so that I can plan accordingly or open your spot to someone on our waitlist.

Huge thanks you to our favourite team of chiropractors for coming to get this pair ready for competition season.!!

We have been working with Integrity Equine Therapy for going on 2 years and can’t thank them enough for all they do to keep our equine athletes feeling there best. Payton and Chris are full of knowledge, acceptive of questions and give their best professional opinion.
We have been working on quite a few issues with China, but I think we are on the right track to success. She will be heading to a performance vet and fingers crossed we finally get the answers we need to progress further.
Red is now feeling great and hes getting ready to make his first run of 2025 soon.

We will see you guys again in a couple of months.!

This weeks pattern will be the same as last weeks pattern.

We had some pretty awesome lessons last week!! Im extremely proud of our youngest riders in the program. They have improved their skills so much and havee begun riding patterns on their own without someone walking beside them.

Few reminders :
1) As per the lesson contract, lessons are to be paid the same day as the lesson was completed. I don’t feel like I should be messaging students or parents a day or two after the lesson for payment. As of today, if this happens twice, you will be removed from the program.

2) Intro. To Horses runs every Wednesday until April. 2nd, no lesson space available. There’s a pretty awesome little group we have this program.

3) No lessons available Thursdays, Fridays or Sunday for the month of March.

4) Bi Weekly students. Everyone has a set week, and unfortunately most times I cannot accommodate a change of weeks as each student rides on rotation, and due to the amount of weekly students we have.

5) Reminder of rider assessments happening in April.

6) Reminder of lesson fee increase coming!!

What a phenomenal 3 days in the arena!!
I am truly one blessed coach.!!!

I can’t even begin to express how proud I am of each and every student.
I have riders of all ages and riding levels, and each rider keeps improving every lesson.

Big shout out to Bria and Chloe this week.!!
Both of these young ladies started out as beginners in the program last summer, and they are doing incredible.
This week i challenge them both with stepping up and riding Red. Can I just say WOW, these girls truly showed me how much their riding abilities have improved and the skills they have been developing. We have started to learn more about feel and how to be soft from their elbows to their hands. These 2 girls showed me a huge change in being soft and steady in the hand.

It was nice to get back on Dot that is in for training right now. She is doing really well with her refresher after a couple years off. We have been working on unsticking and sharpening up her aids and cues, as well as softening.
Cowboy is doing so well in the lesson program, and has really starting to learn how to move his body. He’s becoming much softer in the hand and through his body.
China has been amazing since coming back into work and is making huge strides in her training. We are doing alot of snow fitness right now and she has been a dream to ride lately.

These are the reasons I love what I do, and I do my best to provide the best services to each student.

This program was very successful in 2024, and I'm looking forwarding to welcoming a new group of youth in learning ALL about horses.

This program is great for ALL youth :
Whether you have some horse experience or you have none, this program is perfect to help increase your knowledge of horses. During our program we learn so many amazing things including the origins of Horses, English and Western riding.

6 Week Youth Program
6 - 16 years old

Wednesday Evenings 5:30pm - 7:30pm
February 26th - April 2nd 2025
$450.00 / Participant
50% Deposit due at time of registration
Remainder Due February 26th, 2025

I am a Registered Coach with Equestrian Canada that focuses on Western Foundation Riding.

Each child will receive a Booklet at the beginning of the program that we will work through it as a group each week that they will keep at the end of the program.
I am really looking forward to teaching the next generation of horsemen and horsewomen about horse and barn safety, understand the risks of horses, and a foundation of horsemanship.

During this program your child will learn proper horse care, horse handling, grooming, tacking, and the basics of riding a horse. This is going to be a super fun and jam packed 6 weeks of horse learning!!

What an incredible 8 hours of training between last Tuesday and Today!!

I truly enjoy continuing my education and knowledge to expand our program and provide the best services I can to each students.

With that being said, there will be more changes coming to our program as we expand and develop. I am looking forward to implementing the new skills and information I learned during this course to help each of my students progress and achieve their individual goals.

Reminder that rider assessments are being completed in April. Each student must complete an assessment.

I am looking forward to a really excited 2025 year, and can’t wait to see how much further each of my students progress over the course of this year.

🤞🤞 Fingers crossed we see a break in this cold weather, so we can get back in the arena.

Coming in April, ALL students will participate in a Rider Assessment. You will receive a copy of these with feedback to strategize for this coming year.

Orders for A.S True Grit Swag need to be in by Friday as I’m ordering next weekend.

Once we are back in the arena, we will be doing the same pattern we were working on.

There are some very exciting things to come in 2025, and I’m so grateful to have each of you in our program.
