Phoebe has had this coat for two years and it has stood up to countless adventures , wears and washes. It provides great visibility in the bush. Adventure Coats will wear well and stand up to lots of use, even over time and can be machine washed! 🐾🏔🌲

We are working on exploring some more high-visibility bright colors in addition to our bright orange and green. This is a sample color and could be offered by request! 🐾🐾🐾 They provide great visibility in the bush or near roads, plus reflective stripes for all adventures.

💚Here we have George, a Bull Mastiff in our size XXL on a sunny day in Vancouver!
There are the few larger breeds that might need the XXL(our largest size). His owner said he’d usually had trouble finding a coat big enough to fit George! 💚
As we try the coats on different dogs we gain more and more research about what size is best for certain breeds. But given that there is always so much variation, If you’re ever unsure about what size your breed might fit or or need a custom sized coat, we have a sizing guide and tips to measure your dog on our website 🔎

The adorable Sophie (Corgi) is wearing a size Small! 💗
We made a special pink coat for Sophie, pink is not exactly listed on our site but can be made custom order. It still has the high-vis reflective strips, and fleece lining.

Courtney, Sophie’s owner says: 💕the jacket keeps Sophie protected, warm, and comfy! It also helps after walks as she doesn’t have to clean mud from Sophie’s undercarriage. And they both have matching reflective vests now so visible in the day and night!💕

Phoebe looking ready for action and helping with firewood 🪵🪓🌲 Phoebe is size Small.
This bright pink is one of the first sample vests we made in a pink Softshell. We had discovered this color in search of high-vis bright colors. In the end, we chose different colours for our main Softshell colors for the website, and just had enough pink left for one special order.

Kokanee Pet Apparel coats have another important use: for dog’s surgery aftercare.
❤️Jaxx is a sweet senior golden retriever belonging to a friend of ours. Jaxx has a size XL here. He recently had to undergo surgery on his shoulder and his owner decided to get him a coat in a slightly looser size to protect the healing skin. This improves comfort as it takes away the need for a traditional cone around the neck as is common after vet procedures.
❤️Instead, the vest protects the healing area from the dog licking their own skin, as well as from scratches and irritation, etc, from other dogs and from debris in the environment and on walks.
❤️Jaxx lives in a busy household with 3 other dogs and this protects him perfectly while healing. We wish you a speedy recovery Jaxx!

Thank you so much. Ziggy loves her new coat. Great protection from jabs and punctures running through the bush, protection against other dog bites, reflective and I can see her in the trees now. A friend uses something very similar and it works like a thunder blanket and keeping her calm with loud noises like fireworks and thunder
