Tip of the week is back!

People have short attention spans, we expect instant results from things or we think they aren’t working, going to the gym, diets, therapies, training horses!

We get in the mindset of expecting too much of our horses, we get frustrated when things aren’t working right away. Trust the process.

It takes 21 days to form a habit. Are we really going to throw in the towel after 1 bad day.

Start looking at the bigger picture during training sessions, strive for 1% better everyday.

You want to get somewhere fast? Learn to slow down. Nothing good comes easy.
