Hello critter lovers! 🥰 Are you looking to add a pair of ratties to your family? 🐀 While we don’t have any available for adoption at our rescue, another local private rescue we work alongside does!

This rat mom has decided it is time to look after myself. I am planning on working/schooling away for a while.There is a heavy push for adoptions right now. All ages. Let me know what you are looking for. Monthly trips to Saskatoon are happening as well.

We had an amazing time at the Christmas Pet Market yesterday. Princess was all tuckered out by the end, and Zack even got to meet Santa! 😍 A huge thank you to Excalipurr Cat Cafe for hosting this event! ❤️

The final special guest joining us at the Christmas Pet Market is our sweet baby girl Princess! 😍🐹

Princess arrived at the rescue after workers at a pet store discovered her in a box, abandoned outside their doors. She was pregnant, unfortunately lost her babies due to all the stress she endured, but has since made a full recovery! Meet this beauty, learn about ethical hamster care, and maybe, JUST maybe, fill out an application!

The last 3 remaining hamsters from Phoenix and Geronimo’s litter are still waiting patiently for their forever families! 💕

We understand that some folks prefer not to adopt white hamsters, and that’s okay, but we can guarantee if you can look past that, they have the sweetest personalities!

We’re sad to announce that permanent resident Claggor, formerly named Harry, passed away in his sleep on October 20.

Claggor arrived as a surrender with his skinny pig brother Norm back in October of 2021, approximately 1-2 years old. When Norm passed, he joined adoptable piggies Zack and Chewy so he wouldn’t be alone.

Claggor was a headstrong pig, fittingly named after the League of Legends Arcane character. He kept everyone in line by breaking up arguments (even if he started it) and nothing could scare him, but he would also never hurt a fly. He was never fond of snuggling with his brothers, but he loved to snuggle with people. Blankets were his favourite thing.

Rest in peace, little one. Graze free with Norm. Until we meet again. 💕🌈
